;) Hi y'all! Yes...you read that correctly! These brownies are not only incredibly moist, and chewy and DELICIOUS, they are allergen-safe! :) Can I get some cheers, please! I took these to a school event, and most people did not even know they were all of the above, because quite frankly, their taste is NORMAL AND DECADENT! Here's my recipe!
Ingredients
1/2 cup melted butter1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup Gluten Free all-purpose flour, GF AP, (I usually either make my own mix or use the Bob's Red Mill brand)
Xantham Gum: for Cookies (or brownies) 1/4 tsp per cup of GF AP flour
1/3 cup unsweetened PEANUT/TREE NUT FREE cocoa powder (Believe it or not, the Hershey's brand is is safe!)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup unsweetened PEANUT/TREE NUT FREE cocoa powder (Believe it or not, the Hershey's brand is is safe!)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.Left: wet ingredients...right dry...mix dry into wet always! |
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until it begins to pull away from edges of pan. Let it cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares as it will be chewy and might fall apart if you try to cut it while hot!
Lastly, enjoy!

Evey
