Sunday morning and a thought

Lovely :)

Ahh! I woke up to my first follower! Thank you Denise from NestAndBloom!! This made my morning! :) I attempted to sleep in this morning, but Duke (the puppy) had other plans for me!  So instead, I took a walk with him and got to truly appreciate what a lovely morning God granted us here in Western Jersey today!  I must share with you that I am an "evangelical Christian".  Despite all of the bad press we've gotten lately, we're not so bad! ;) I try to see the beauty of God's hand in everything.  Someday I will share my story.  I know God has a plan for everyone, and I have learned through my many mistakes and attempts at controlling my own destiny that my life is His creation, and for His Glory.  Of course, I'm not perfect...I'm far from it!  I'm restless, impatient, I have a terrible temper and often act before thinking things through!  I'm working on it, and He's working on Me! I found a verse this morning that I had not read in awhile.  It's found in Colossians 1:16 and it reads (NIV version): "For in Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and for Him".  I have to try and remember that! :)  Enjoy your Sunday!  It's time for me to run and make some breakfast for the loves of my life!  I'm making Crepes stuffed with homemade whipped cream and some fruit along with some farm fresh eggs!  YUM!
